Dan , Lisa, and Pamela were there for me when I thought I would be the ONLY application that would not be approved. It took 8 months from the initial 501c3 filing until approval. Prior to that I went to an accountant who is an animal lover, who was extremely kind and compassionate, but would have done us all a huge favor if she was just honest by telling  us that she never did this before! And she wanted money for not knowing what she was doing! That was 5 months down the drain, and total frustration. She fudged her way through the application, and it was ALL WRONG. Even the initial State Incorporation was wrong. You cant just go to an accountant, or an attorney. I don’t recommend that you even go to an attorney, as many of them just don’t understand the mission process. Nor do they have any inkling of an idea how to file a 990 EZ return!  That needs a numbers man! YOU must go to someone that specializes in the 501c3 application, like Dan .  GTF did a PHENOMENAL JOB.  Somehow, someway, by my  lucky stars, I found GATE TO FUNDING on the web. It was a night of wine and web, crying for help, and not knowing where to turn. Till I found Dan .  I phoned and got Lisa. Initially I asked a lot of questions, and  I know she was thinking I was just picking her brain.  I could tell she was a little surprised by my many specific questions. By now, my second time around, I knew the 501c3 application inside and out.  And I was just as surprised! I just couldn’t believe that I actually found a highly professional competent accountant on the web! I called Lisa back, thinking this is too good to be true. Although, Lisa said we can do all of the questionnaire on the phone, I choose to make a face to face appointment in August of 2022.  I really could not believe that I had found the answer. The application was ready to be mailed one month later, September 2022.

I initially RE-did the State Non-Profit organization on my own, with very little  help from an accountant who  claimed she knew what she was doing…and she knew NOTHING!  Take it from someone who did it over 3 times, in 6 months. at double the cost than it would have been had I just given it all to Dan ….Don’t bother doing it on your own!  Save your time and money!  My 501c3 application was ready to be mailed, but my Non-Profit State application was still pending!  Be kind to yourself! Just Give it all to Dan  and sit back…patiently… Pamela kept telling me to be patient. It was the patient part that I had the most trouble with.. I called the I.R.S. every month, asking if the application had gone to a determination specialist, YET..being the  key word,  and asking what month they are working on. The initial I.R.S. letter stating that you will hear from them in 90 days is meaningless.  The staff at GTF all kept telling me they have 100% approval rating, and I would be the first failure..But I could not help  thinking that I would be the first failure.  There are NO FAILURES with DAN .   GATE TO FUNDING is a true winner with Proven Results.

Thanks to Gate To Funding, we will be able to save hundreds, hopefully thousands of Animals Lives. Dan , you do a lot for the world, and we, and the animals you saved, are deeply grateful. We can’t thank you enough.

When I reinstated the Walnut Heights Youth Athletic Association, Inc. with the state of Ohio I had no idea what I was stepping into. My research showed that we had our 501(c)(4) but it had been revoked. I didn’t know there was such a thing as a 501(c)(4).  So, I started digging deeper into how to regain our 501(c)4 status. We started with an empty hand, no knowledge, did not know where to start the process to get 501(c)(3) approval. All we have is a warm heart, and dedicated time. We explained the situation to Mr. Seals and his CPA group. At no time, he prepared all the required paperwork expressing our purposes for charity. He did it, we have approval letter from IRS in 45 days (a normal process was 90 days from IRS).

I just wanted to thank you and the staff of GATE TO FUNDINGSO VERY MUCH for your assistance in helping me obtain tax exempt status for my new Christian Outreach Program.  An outstanding and swift job!

Your firm’s fees were so enticing, there is no way I could have accomplished that for anywhere near that price for my time investment.  In fact, I asked two lawyer friends who are in the business of forming corporations and obtaining 501c3 status, and their fees (with a friendship discount) were in excess of $1,200.  Even the online service firms’ fees are higher than your firm’s.

You made the transaction easy for me, from Incorporating to filling out all the IRS information which as we know is tedious at best.  I will refer anyone I know to your firm and you specifically.

I’ll be happy to talk with anyone you are dealing with to explain that without question, your fees cannot be beat…on line or in person…
